Joint Marketing Agreements.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

Except as described above, we do not share our current or previous customers' nonpublic personal information with affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except as otherwise permitted or required by law.
